The General Conditions of Contracting for European Foundries, Edition 2009, registered at the customs department's of the Commercial Court in Paris are applicable to all our offers and agreements.

Chinforce provides logistics services using Incoterms 2010

Chinforce products are supplied from LCC countries to your facilities in Europe, USA or wherever you would desire your products to go to. Chinforce works together with several logistical suppliers. Process control and contractual agreements are following the Incoterms, commonly used in international sales contracts. Among the best known Incoterms rules are EXW (Ex works), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). The International Chamber of Commerce is working on a new edition, Incoterms® 2010. They entered into force on 1 January 2011.
