General conditions
The General Conditions of Contracting for European Foundries, Edition January 2013, registered at the customs service of the Trade Court in Paris are applicable to all our offers and agreements. These conditions can be found in English, German and French on this page.
Delivery terms
Chinforce products are supplied from LCC countries to your facilities in Europe, USA or wherever you would desire your products to go to. Chinforce works together with several logistical suppliers.
Normally, Chinforce delivers DDP to its customers, but delivery under different Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP) is possible upon your request.
